Humorama Art - Frank Beaven
I personally really like Beaven's style. He renders women exquisitely.
Example of an original panel by Frank Beaven, first published in Fun Parade (I think). There's a notation in the upper left corner of the panel reading "23-FP53-23". I believe "FP" stands for Fun Parade, and maybe 53 is for the year (i.e., 1953). However, I'm not sure. If anyone knows how to decipher these notations, please let me know!
Example of an original panel by Frank Beaven, first published in Fun Parade (I think). There's a notation in the upper left corner of the panel reading "FP#80-95". I believe "FP" stands for Fun Parade, 80 is probably the issue number, and 95 the page number. Again, I'm not sure.
